Sam Davidson's 'Taste'

Taste, the iconic blues/rock band from the 60’s/70’s, reformed in 1995 after the untimely death of original front man the legendary Rory Gallagher, due to an enthusiastic fan base and a desire by John Wilson and Richard “Charlie” McCracken to keep the sound and energy of the band alive. Guitar and vocal duties were taken up by Belfast guitarist Sam Davidson who played with John in “The Belfast Blues Band” and “Skboo”. Due to ill health, John is taking a break for a little while, with Lyn McMullan now on drums in the blues power trio with Ali McKenzie coming in on bass.
